MEET CHEF KENT / CEO OF WIG SPLITTER HOT SAUCE

Through my experience in the industry, I have developed a wide range of skills and techniques that enable me to prepare delicious dishes for any occasion. From classic French cuisine to modern fusion creations, I am always experimenting with new flavors, ingredients, and presentation styles to challenge myself and impress my guests.
One of the things that set me apart as a chef is my emphasis on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. I believe that food that is grown and produced close to home not only tastes better but also supports local farmers, promotes sustainability, and reduces our carbon footprint.
As a chef, I also believe in the importance of collaboration and teamwork. I work closely with my kitchen staff to ensure that every dish meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste. I am constantly learning from my colleagues, as well as my customers, to keep up with the latest culinary trends and techniques.
Above all, my goal as a chef is to create unforgettable dining experiences that leave my customers feeling satisfied, happy, and eager to return. Whether you are looking for a romantic dinner for two or a large catering event, I am confident that I can deliver the kind of delicious, creative, and personalized dishes that will make your next meal unforgettable.
"HOW DID YOU COME UP WITH THAT NAME?"
" We get asked this question at-least once a day and It's pretty simple really, I have loved hot sauce since I was a kid. There were not too many meals that I can remember eating as a child that i wasn't putting some form of hot sauce or peppers on. When I made the decision to embark on this journey of entering into the hot sauce world I wanted to make sure what I was offering was going to make a statement not only in its flavors and heat levels but also in the creativity of the brand itself. When Wig Splitter popped into my head I knew it would beg the question of "how did you come up with that name?" There isn't much more to it than that! I knew I wanted a name that had an element of fun but made a statement all in the same breath. I wanted to make a hot sauce that was so hot it would split your wig!"
